I ensure that proper accountability measures are in place, so everyone understands the expectations, objectives, and goals, and can track our progress.
I have an innate ability to break problems down into smaller pieces. This method helps me identify short-term and long-term solutions while resolving root causes. This also helps me explain complex problems or tasks to others, simplifying even the most difficult ones.
I enjoy using data to help make decisions and get buy-in from others during the decision-making process. Although it is not foolproof, having the right data to get you 80% of the way to the decision helps limit error. At the onset of any project or decision, I ensure we have the right data and track the right KPIs to lead us down the best path.
